[MODEC] Compliance & Ethics Coordinator

Responsibilities

Provide guidance to employees on compliance & ethics policies and assist with reviews and feedbacks on the policies.
Stay abreast of Anti-Corruption / Bribery news and regulatory changes for communication to employees.
Keep track of employee's compliance training status and conduct face-to-face training; and attend to employee's queries.
Process and administer Gifts & Hospitality and Social Contribution requests.
Review Vendor Approval requests and conduct Due Diligence of third-parties (vendors); and attend to employee's queries.
Enhance compliance & ethics department with continuous improvement of existing compliance programs.
Support ad-hoc compliance & ethics related activities.

Qualifications & Experience

Degree holder with minimum 3 to 5 years' working experience in legal, compliance or auditing function and preferably from the oil & gas or related heavy industry.
A good command of English language and one other language.
Competent in using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Incumbent with more relevant compliance experience may be considered for senior or lead role.
Good knowledge in legal compliance or auditing.
Strong research and analytical skills, including statistical analysis.
Strong organization, coordination and administrative skills.
Excellent communication skills and good team player.
