TheCOSLRival is a semisubmersible accommodation/service rig of Aker H3 (enhanced) design. The rig was constructed in 1976 as a drilling unit at Mitsui Engineering and Shipbuilding, Tamano Works, Japan. In 2004 the rig was converted to accommodation unit.
