The drilling rig "beacon Atlantic" is equipped with NOV new designed offline stand building system. The rig is designed to operate in Norwegian continental shelf and the Barent Sea. It is able to operate at water depth up to 500m and drill wells down to 8000m, meanwhile, it is capable of operating at - 22℃ which meets the Ice-class. It is equipped with DP3 and 8-lines mooring system. It fulfills the requirements of PSA, NMD, NORSOK and NPD Standards and is classed by DNV.
