HÖEGH LNG - FSRU HÖEGH GRACE ARRIVES CARTAGENA, COLOMBIA
November 02, 2016

Höegh LNG Holdings Ltd. ("Höegh LNG" or the "Group") is pleased to announce that the FSRU Höegh Grace has arrived and been installed at the terminal in the port of Cartagena in Colombia. The FSRU is now ready to receive the commissioning cargo and to enter the commissioning phase, leading up to the start of commercial operations under the long term contract with Sociedad Portuaria El Cayao S.A. E.S.P. (SPEC) planned for early December 2016.

Sveinung J.S. Støhle, President and CEO of Höegh LNG, commented: "We are very pleased to be on site with the Höegh Grace in Cartagena and to have been part of developing this critical energy infrastructure together with our client SPEC. This is the sixth FSRU Höegh LNG puts into operation, and the fourth since 2014, showing that we deliver on our growth strategy and continue to build our leading position in the FSRU market. We fully expect to have completed the commissioning phase and started to deliver gas to SPEC according to plan within the fourth quarter of 2016.

SPEC's General Manager, Jose Luis Montes, said in a statement "We are very pleased to have successfully completed all the marine works required to receive the Höegh Grace. The arrival of the FSRU represents a significant milestone for the terminal. We expect that in the very near future Colombia will be able to begin receiving shipments of LNG from around the world. We appreciate the commitment and collaboration of Höegh LNG throughout this process. Our partnership with Höegh LNG will ultimately meet the important objective of ensuring the delivery of a reliable source of natural gas to our customers."
