Fearnley Securities worked with Eldorado Drilling AS on its successful private placement of USD 130 million.

The net proceeds from the transaction will be employed to finance the acquisition and completion of the two drilling units Dorado and Zonda, as well as for working capital and general corporate purposes. Part of the proceeds may also be applied towards part payment for a third drilling unit.
